Practice Profile
Jason’s primary practice is in immigration law, providing immigration and citizenship advice to individual and institutional clients. Jason also maintains a civil litigation practice, and is a member of our Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Team.
Publications
Jason co-authored an article in IUCN Environmental Policy and Law paper, jointly compiled between the IUCN Commission on Environmental Law and the IUCN Environmental Law Center, dealing with the application of sustainability principles in environmental impact assessment.
On a Personal Note
While at Dalhousie, Jason partook in the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic and held a position with the Marine and Environmental Law Institute. In his spare time he enjoys camping, hiking, canoeing, gardening and traveling.
