Representative Experience
Marc has civil litigation experience representing parties in construction disputes, contaminated sites, litigation, and professional negligence claims. He has also represented parties before environmental regulatory bodies, in professional discipline proceedings, and before the Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal.
Publications
Marc is Co-author of The Law of Climate Change in Canada, Canada Law Book, 2010; and of Environmental Policy & Law newsletter, Law East column.
On a Personal Note
Marc is involved in a variety of societies. He is chair for the Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Section of the Nova Scotia Branch of the CBA, chair of The Clean Nova Scotia Foundation and a past director of the Environmental Services Association of Nova Scotia. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, golfing, curling and reading.
