Representative Experience

Marc has experience with the commercial financing of assets, real estate and power generation projects.  He has also assisted in various restructuring projects for both local businesses and extra-jurisdictional companies.  His corporate acquisition and disposition work includes assistance with the purchase and sale of businesses.  Marc also has experience with assisting creditors in facilitating recovery of both secured and unsecured assets.

On a Personal Note

Marc is the chair of the firm’s Social Committee and coaches the firm’s Softball team, the Wickwire Holm-Runs.  He is a marathon runner and enjoys playing hockey.
