Representative Experience
Natalie has advised on and facilitated tax and corporate planning for private companies, estate planning for high net worth individuals, and succession planning for retiring business owners, including sales to third parties and transfers to family members.
She has represented buyers and sellers on the purchase and sale of businesses, including professional practices (dentists, optometrists). She regularly advises on the establishment of structures for business and professional practices, and purchases.

On a Personal Note
Natalie likes to work out and walk her dog, play tennis, and travel. She is an avid reader and enjoys growing her own vegetables.
