Stephen has experience with the commercial financing of assets, real estate, major infrastructure projects, wind power production, aqcuisition, finance and setup and Biomass power generation projects.  His corporate practice includes acquisitions, dispositions and reorganizations for companies ranging from small owner-operated businesses to large multi-nationals.  Stephen has varied business law experience in the areas of  commercial secured lending, real estate acquisition, management and disposal, business and tax-based reorganizations, and asset acquisitions and dispositions.
