Dillon is a member of our Litigation, Labour & Employment, and Municipal services areas.
Dillon practices commercial litigation with a focus on employment law, business disputes, construction law and regulatory issues. He has represented clients before all levels of Court in Nova Scotia and a variety of administrative bodies such as the Nova Scotia and Canadian Human Rights Commissions and the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada. Dillon has acted for numerous refugee claimants at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada through the Halifax Refugee Clinic and volunteers legal services to people with disabilities through ReachAbility.
On a Personal Note
While in law school, Dillon competed in the Gale Cup moot and volunteered for the Nova Scotia Legal Information Society. He currently serves on the board of directors of the St. Cecilia Concert Series.
