Selina is a member of our Litigation services group practising in the areas of Insurance, Construction, and Bankruptcy/Insolvency. She also provides advice to clients in matters relating to Labour and Employment as well as Municipal Law.
Selina focuses on Litigation and represents her clients’ interests in a variety of service areas. She has represented national insurance companies at all levels of Court in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in matters pertaining to home and auto, commercial, and professional liability insurance. In addition, Selina regularly represents creditors in matters of secured and unsecured debt recovery and enforcement. Selina approaches issues strategically and strives to provide her clients with the best possible service in every situation.
On A Personal Note
Selina has been involved in various societies. She is currently vice-chair of the Charities and Not-for-Profit Law section of the Canadian Bar Association and is a member of the Nova Scotia Insurance Womens Association. Outside the office Selina continues to serve her community and is a past-member of the Board of Directors for Veith House in North End Halifax.
