AMANS Seminar, November 2019

On November 15, 2019, Noella Martin, Q.C. and Will Russell presented the Employment and Labour Law Human Resource training seminar for the Association of Municipal Administrators Nova Scotia (AMANS).

AMANS is the provincial organization dedicated to improving the professionalism of administrators working within municipal governments.

The purpose of the seminar was to improve the knowledge of municipal administrators with respect to common employment and labour issues such as progressive discipline, managing absenteeism and implementing effective workplace policies.

We were pleased to work with AMANS on the recent training seminar.
