About Bhreagh

Bhreagh is a member of our Civil Litigation and Wills & Estates Trusts service areas.

Bhreagh has a diverse legal practice, but focuses primarily on civil litigation. She regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, and a variety of administrative bodies in Nova Scotia. Bhreagh has particular interest and experience in commercial, employment, professional negligence, and estate litigation.

Bhreagh also enjoys a bustling Wills & Estates practice focused on estate planning, guardianship and representation applications, and probate administration.

Outside of the office, Bhreagh puts her legal knowledge to use assisting self-represented litigants at the Free Legal Clinic at the Law Courts. Her personal interests include music, pop culture, and dance, and she serves on the Board of Directors of Halifax Dance. In the summer months, Bhreagh loves to spend time at her cottage in Cape Breton.
