Marc Dunning – Speaker, AMANS Fall Conference

On September 28, 2017, Marc Dunning spoke at the Association of Municipal Administrators of Nova Scotia’s (“AMANS”) Fall conference in Truro.  The Association is a not-for-profit organization with members drawn from municipalities across the province, including CAOs, Clerks, Deputies, and other administrators dedicated to promoting excellence in municipal government.

Marc’s presentation focussed on the options available to municipalities when enforcing bylaw convictions and what municipalities can do to acquire community assets from defunct societies.
