Greg is a member of our Real Estate, and Sport service areas.
Greg is originally from the Annapolis Valley and began his legal career in Kentville where he maintained a general practice with a focus on real estate, wills and estates, and litigation. He has appeared before various levels of court in Nova Scotia, including Small Claims Court, Family Court, Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. At Wickwire Holm, Greg’s real estate practice is focused on property acquisitions, conveyancing matters, migrating title, and subdivision development. He represents property developers, lenders, borrowers, companies, and individuals in a variety of real estate matters. Greg attended Columbia University in New York City where he obtained a master’s degree in sports management. He maintains an interest in evolving areas of sports law and has both represented and consulted for athletic programs, sports businesses, and athletes.
On A Personal Note
Greg is a NCCP-certified hockey coach and has previously worked as an evaluator with Hockey Nova Scotia’s High Performance program and as a Maritime-based scout for the Halifax Mooseheads. In his spare time Greg enjoys playing hockey, soccer, golf, and guitar.
