Michael is a member of our Labour & Employment and Regulatory & Administrative service areas.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Michael worked in Industrial Relations, representing a major national employer in a number of grievance arbitration, as well as providing guidance to management on the interpretation and implementation of the terms of the collective agreement.
Michael advises institutional and small business clients on policy development as well as a variety of workplace management issues, ranging from accommodations to disciplinary matters in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
