Naomi is a member of our Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, and Wills & Estates services areas.
Through developing and maintaining strong relationships with her clients, Naomi is able to understand the nature and intricacies of each client’s business in order to identify opportunities for proactive planning and to create tailor-made solutions to challenges that arise as circumstances change.
Naomi advises corporate clients on matters involving asset and share purchase and sales, financing, amalgamations, shareholder agreements, tax-efficient business reorganizations and succession planning. Naomi is also well-versed in estate planning matters, including drafting wills, powers of attorney and personal directives.
On A Personal Note
Outside of the office, Naomi is committed to giving back to her community. She is currently a member of the Nova Scotia Health Authority Research Ethics Board. Naomi previously served as board member of Pulse Pictou County (a non-profit organization for young, working age people aimed at maintaining a vibrant and economically sustainable community), the United Way and the Community Investment Committee of United Way.
