Naomi has built trusted relationships with her clients by providing responsive, customized, and practical advice that translates into clear value for their businesses. Her practice focuses on advising businesses of all sizes on acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and corporate governance in a variety of sectors, including agriculture, manufacturing, technology, pharmacy, hospitality, and transportation. Naomi also has experience representing financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers in secured financing transactions.
On A Personal Note
Outside of the office, Naomi is committed to giving back to her community. She recently completed a term with the Nova Scotia Health Authority Research Ethics Board, and she also previously served as board member of Pulse Pictou County (a non-profit organization for young, working age people aimed at maintaining a vibrant and economically sustainable community), the United Way and the Community Investment Committee of United Way.
